Positive aspects of my stay at the inn: Clean rooms with functional amenities. Great breakfast with delicious blueberry waffles. Comfortable bed with extra pillows. Efficient and effective air-conditioning

Negative aspects of my stay: Absolutely nothing.

The location was good.

Everything was outdated and alot of things needed fixed or updated.

When we arrived was given key cards & wrong room #, parking lot nothing but holes!!!! Security bldg key cards didn't work to get in also didn't work for incorrect or correct room, one lamp in room didn't work, neither did air, although they fixed it after I called, the TV was stuck on Spanish & no way to access menu. There was crime scene tape at end of hallway that magically diseapeared about 30 minutes. When I opened curtain in room I noticed cute private patio with view of the pool but then I looked up & realized all the wood was rotted & chunks of white paint hanging down.I called domino's pizza which was advertising on the key card & they delivered the pizza uncut, I went to front desk to see if they could get me a knife from restraunt in the hotel, restraunt only open at certain times, I was told when I asked for a knife, we don't carry those here!!!!! Seriously I asked if they could get one there. Was told if we waited the 45 minutes til they open, that they might let me use one. Not one ice machine on property. This trip was a birthday present for my daughter, she & a friend went to concert that night. They wanted to use the 24 fitness center but were to nervous to leave room after they got back.. So Very Disappointed, you've got this as a 3 star hotel, what a joke

Bed was comfortable. Nice to have extra pillows. Air-conditioning worked great.

Gouging of price because of activities in Wichita that weekend. But, all the hotels and motels were price gouging. First keycard didn't work so we got new cards. Went back to the room and as we opened the door we realized the room was already occupied. Finally got keys to an empty room. You could hear people in the room next door while they were talking quietly - where is the insulation between the walls? Could hear doors as they slammed shut hall and people walking down the hall. Glad I had ear plugs! Happy Hour was a joke. The regular price for the room was $60. The weekend we booked, two double beds, two people, $140 + tax.

It was close to everything, including the airport, which made my travels a breeze. the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring. the bathroom was well-maintained, and the service was prompt and friendly. the breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

It's a very ran down facility with no air conditioning in the hallways. No house keeping during the stay. Will not stay again

Great location, within walking distance of attractions and restaurants. Friendly staff who were helpful when needed. The room was cozy and clean, with comfortable beds and a sizeable bathroom. The breakfast spread was good with plenty of options to choose from.

The room was a bit noisy, especially at night, and walls were thin. The parking lot was in poor condition and it was challenging to find a spot.

The continental breakfast was good, but the tables were dirty.

When we pulled up to the Clarion Inn it appeared nice from the front & lobby. When we drove around to the side of the building where our room was we realized the front was kept nice for appearances only. There were very tall weeds growing all through the parking lot & bushes that were so tall the looked like trees. The 2 doors closest to our room were both "Out of Order" so we had to walk quite a ways to get to our room & back to our car. The comforter on the bed had a hole burnt into, I'm assuming from a cigarette & we noticed there was small stains that looked like blood. The breakfast was good but the tables were all dirty when we tried to sit down, this was after the waitress had come around & cleared them they were still dirty. I used the bathroom before leaving & one of the toilets was missing a toilet seat.

The front desk staff was very rude so was the kitchen staff they didn't not tell me about anything they had there at the hotel didn't know about choice privileged will never stay again

Wifi condition was too bad. They didn't wash the glasses and put the paper cover on it. The facility was very old and was not cleaned up. There were more uncomfortable condition during my stay.
